We strive to display all products as clearly as possible.
Slight color or size variations may occur due to screen settings or production.

All prices on the website include VAT.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• A price is final at the moment you complete an order.

7. Shipping
We ship via PostNL or DHL.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping NL & BE: 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: Depends on destination
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Returns Policy
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
• The product is unworn
• All labels are present
• The item is clean & in original condition
Exceptions (non-returnable):
• Sale items
• Limited items
• CDs with broken seals
• Items with visible signs of use
Return costs are for the customer.

9. Refunds
After receiving your return:
• Inspection within 5 working days
• Refund within 5–10 business days via the same payment method
We may refuse a return if the item is used, damaged or not in its original condition.

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to incorrect washing

• Indirect damage or consequential damage
